Short film reviews film by sairaj
featuring ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ fame Deepak Dobriyal & Kashish Dhanoya in lead roles. The short film brilliantly exposes the hypocritical beliefs of religion in India. With more than 60,000 views in just less than two days, this movie is going all viral on the internet.
The story revolves around a Pandit (Hindu Priest) who wants to have a night of fun with a Muslim call girl along with few of his friends. This engages the audience to think about the still rampant differences that plague our country basis the religious facades.
Niyati Shah, one of the producers of the film and MD & CEO, Shotformats Digital Productions says, “The very premise of a Hindu priest spending a night with a Muslim call girl is explosive but that also gave us a chance to explore the secular thread of our country and bring out its hypocrisy.”
Beraks is a hard hitting and realistic film which will leave the viewer’s curious to uncover the truth. The sole effort of this realistic film is to reach out to the masses and make them aware of such existing beliefs of Indian religions that are afflicting our nation.
